Police: Teenager shot in Norfolk on Sunday

A 14-year-old boy is in stable condition after police found him shot in Norfolk on Sunday afternoon.

The teenager was suffering from a gunshot wound when first responders found him near the intersection of West 29 Street and Gosnold Avenue around 12:30 p.m. Police believe the shooting happened at a separate location, and that the teenager was dropped off at the intersection, according to a Norfolk Police Department news release.
